So my passenger angel eye stopped working on my 330 I and I'm thinking of upgrading to the led versions like the 2011 models. I'm wondering if any could give me some advice , warnings or prefrence please help

It all depends on what you are looking to get out of your lights. I, myself, would prefer stock late model...
