Hi,
I just joined. I have been on the unofficial BMW forum since 2002 but it seems to be much less active than it was.

My BMW is a '93 325i sedan. Before the e36 I had an e30 ('86 325e). My wife used to have an e32 ('93 740i), "Hitlers Revenge" . You had to replace trannys in that thing at about $4000 a pop every three years. It was however a nice ride and it was fast. She has since crossed over to the dark side - MB e320.

Several weeks ago I fell asleep driving my e36 (not recomended). The good news is that no one was injured. The car has been declared a total by the insurance co. but I am getting it back on the road. I had to replace the left lower control arm and left front wheel. The car aligned, so no frame work is required. The left front fender front sheet metal, bumper, bumper cover, and possibly the hood will have to be replaced. My drivers side Hella Euro headlight also took a hit. Anyone have one to sell at a decient price?

Welcome to the forum Phil. Sorry to hear about your accident but glad you didn't get injured. I will ask around to see if anyone I know has a euro e36 hella headlight for a sedan...
