| Just would like opinions on using my 85 BMW 325e with power assisted rack and pinion with a bad leak and a disconnected pump. A'm I damaging any other parts/equipment. Is it dangerous. Mechanically seems OK | |||

| You should be fine running without the pump. The rack is lubricated prior to installation so you shouldn't need to worry about that... | |||

| OK great, next question is the fan blade has two broken blades next to each other. The blade has 9 total blades. So its a bit off balance. Maybe screw the clutch up. I'm thinking not a big deal. thanks for previous opinion | |||

| it is a big deal. The fan will eventually blow up taking components of your cooling system along with it... | |||

| Thats not good thanks again I think the process of removing the fan is to unscrew that large nut (32mm) right hand treaded (opposite) so the clutch and blade come off together then replace the fan blade (I think its held on with hex (cotter) head screws) not sure if blade can be removed without taking clutch off to | |||
